Personality Type: INFJ
Theological Affiliation: ARP/PCA

I’m a Philippines-raised American currently living in the southern US as I deal with health issues. I was born into a PCA family, am a member at an ARP Church, and currently listen to Reverend Elbert McGowan’s sermons from Redeemer PCA in Mississippi. I’m in a period of personal upheaval and it has been difficult in many ways; spiritually, my faith is jagged, but what is there is real. In other words, there are big areas of woundedness & questioning along with an awareness of Christ’s hold of me. My hobbies/interests/passions include: healthy eating, YouTube, walks in nature, yoga, humor, thinking through complex current issues, justice, and mental health.

I love Jesus. With a great mixture of pain and pride, I live in Arkansas. I’ve got a dry sense of humor, and an incredible theological library that is never big enough. For the last twelve years, I’ve dedicated my life to serving Jesus in ministry through the preaching and teaching of the Word. I am also serving at the Pastor at Mount Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church in London, Arkansas.

Above all, Sola Deo Gloria. My life motto could be: “Preach the Gospel, love Janey, watch baseball”. I’m the Lead Pastor of Foundation Community Church in Columbus, NC. I have a heart for the Gospel and for small towns in the Bible Belt. If you looked at my Twitter feed you might think I’m a scout for the Atlanta Braves. I love to use humor, and it sometimes is too honest and I get myself into trouble. I’m a theology nerd and I believe my library will never be big enough.
